These Terms of Service, together with the linked policies, govern your interaction with our services — including our website (for example https://rahatap.com), applications, and any associated software or features, collectively referred to as the “Platform” or “RahaTap.”

In these Terms, “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to RahaTap LLC (with a hypothetical registration number for example) and our affiliated companies. By engaging with RahaTap, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the additional policies referenced here and on the Platform. We encourage you to review these Terms carefully and to contact us with any questions. If these Terms do not meet your expectations, we kindly ask that you refrain from using RahaTap.

2- Modifications to These Terms

RahaTap is a continuously evolving platform that regularly improves its features and functionality. As a result, we may occasionally update the Platform or these Terms. Such updates may be necessary to reflect changes in our business, the Platform (including the removal of certain features), legal or commercial requirements, or to protect our legitimate interests. We reserve the right to make these changes at any time, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

In the event of a material change that may negatively affect you, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you at least one month before the change takes effect (e.g., via a notice on the Platform). Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, we kindly ask that you discontinue using RahaTap and deactivate your account.

3- Managing Your Account

To create an account and join the RahaTap community, you must be at least 18 years old. If you create an account on behalf of another person, their explicit consent is required. You are solely responsible for the usage and management of your account, and you must use it in compliance with applicable laws. By registering, you agree to these Terms, confirm that you are over 18, and that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement. You must provide accurate personal information and keep it up to date.

If you use RahaTap on behalf of a company or another individual, you must ensure that you are properly authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account, so it is essential to protect your login credentials and keep your password confidential.

If you suspect a security incident or unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately. You are prohibited from transferring or assigning your account, or using it in any way that, in our reasonable opinion, could harm the reputation of RahaTap, violate the rights of others, or break any laws or regulations.

4- Choosing Your Username

When creating your RahaTap profile, choosing an appropriate username is essential. While we understand the personal importance of usernames, they must respect all users and must not infringe on any rights, including intellectual property rights such as copyrights or trademarks. Avoid names that belong to public figures or brands, or usernames that are offensive, vulgar, or chosen solely for potential future profit (a practice known as “domain-squatting”).

If issues arise with your username, we will evaluate the situation impartially and may request that you change it (or it may be reassigned). Refusing to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account. In cases where your username is alleged to infringe on the intellectual property rights of another party, that party must submit an official IP claim. You will then have the opportunity to submit a counter-notification. We also reserve the right to reclaim or reassign your username if your account has no login activity, new links, or traffic for more than six months, although we will attempt to notify you beforehand.

5- Managing Your Content

We love the diverse content our users share on RahaTap! However, ensuring a safe experience for everyone is our priority, which is why we have established community standards that define what is and isn’t acceptable on RahaTap. It is essential to follow these standards; failure to do so may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account.

“Content” refers to text, images, videos, links, and any other materials you upload to your RahaTap profile. You are fully responsible for your content, and you confirm that:

• - You own the content you publish or, if it includes third-party material, you have secured the necessary permissions to share it on RahaTap (and to grant us the rights described in these Terms).
• - Your content does not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property rights, or any other rights.
• - The information you provide is truthful, not misleading, complies with all laws, and does not harm our reputation.
• - Your content does not contain harmful elements such as viruses or malicious code that could affect the Platform or other systems.
• - You do not use automated tools such as scripts or scraping tools to extract data from profiles or the Platform.
• - You do not post unauthorized advertising, solicitations, or recommendations on RahaTap.
• - Your content complies with our community standards.

Because legal standards differ globally, we may block or restrict content that is legal in some regions but not in others. We reserve the right to take necessary actions to ensure the safety of RahaTap, including removing content or limiting access to it.

6- Handling Your Content

We value your content and aim to showcase it effectively. By publishing content on your RahaTap profile, you grant us a license to (i) use, publicly display, distribute, modify, adapt, and create derivative works from your content; and (ii) use your name, image, voice, photo, likeness, and any other personal attributes included in the content on the Platform and in our marketing activities across all media (including social media and promotional content). This license is worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual, allowing us to use your content globally without any fees. You confirm that you hold all necessary third-party rights to upload and license the content.

You retain all rights to your content. Please note that your content will be publicly accessible and may be used or redistributed by others on RahaTap and across the internet.

Be cautious when sharing personal information on RahaTap that you do not want to be public. Avoid posting sensitive information such as social security numbers, passport details, or any data that could be misused. You may only share personal information of others with their consent and proper documentation. We are not obligated to monitor your content for accuracy, legality, or reliability but reserve the right to do so.

We may modify, remove, restrict access to content, or display a sensitive-content warning at any time, if deemed necessary under these Terms.

7- Suspension or Termination of Your Account

If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account, apply other measures, or limit your access to the Platform. For example, if you fail to pay subscription fees, we may downgrade your account from a paid plan to a free plan with limited features.

Our actions depend on the severity and nature of the violation. In some cases, suspension or termination may not be necessary. However, repeated or serious violations increase the likelihood of such measures. While we generally aim to notify you in advance, we are not legally required to do so.

Please note that you are not entitled to refunds for any fees already paid.

If you believe your account has been wrongfully terminated or if you have disputes regarding these Terms or the Platform, please contact us at support@ilink-you.com. We are committed to resolving issues in good faith and agree to avoid legal action until at least one month of mutual resolution attempts has been made.

8- Your Obligations Toward Visitors and Customers

You are responsible for visitors to your RahaTap profile, including those who purchase products or services through your page — these are your “end users.” You alone are responsible for (i) managing how end users interact with your profile and its content, and (ii) ensuring that all activities involving your end users comply with applicable laws, particularly in relation to transactions conducted through your RahaTap profile (e.g., using features like Commerce or Payment Lock).

Additionally, you must understand that any contributions received through our “Support Me” feature are voluntary donations made by supporters without expectation of goods or services in return. This feature is intended for personal donations only and must not be used to solicit funds for charities or external causes.

5- Providing Feedback

We appreciate your suggestions on how RahaTap can improve! Occasionally, we release beta features and invite you to share your thoughts. By providing feedback, you acknowledge that we may use it in any manner we choose, without any obligation to compensate you (or we may choose not to use it at all).

You understand that beta features are experimental and may not be as stable or reliable as other established parts of the Platform.

9- Using Our Platform

As the owner of RahaTap, we grant you a limited license to use our Platform for sharing content and interacting with other users’ content. We are not responsible for content, products, or services offered through other users’ profiles. All rights in the Platform (excluding your content), referred to as “RahaTap IP,” belong exclusively to RahaTap or our licensors. You do not acquire any rights to the RahaTap IP and may not use it — including our brand or logo — without our explicit written permission.

As a user, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to create, display, use, reproduce, and upload content on the Platform according to these Terms.

Any images, icons, themes, fonts, videos, graphics, or other content we provide may only be used on your profile and must comply with our policies. You must not remove, conceal, or alter any proprietary notices or trademarks. Actions such as copying, reproducing, distributing, licensing, selling, reselling, modifying, translating, disassembling, decompiling, decrypting, reverse-engineering, or attempting to derive source code from the Platform are strictly prohibited.

If you access RahaTap profiles as a “profile visitor,” we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and interact with user profiles. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for opinions, advice, statements, products, services, offers, or content posted by other users.

10- Fees and Payment Policies

Subscription Fees:

If you choose a premium plan on RahaTap, timely payment of subscription fees is essential. These fees are typically charged in USD and may include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen monthly or yearly billing cycle. Your subscription renews automatically under the current terms unless you choose to cancel. You must provide accurate billing information and a valid payment method (e.g., credit card) so we can process payments. If automatic billing fails, we will issue an online invoice that must be paid within the specified timeframe.

RahaTap Transaction Fees:

For transactions carried out through your profile using features such as Request Link or Support Me, a percentage-based transaction fee may apply. These fees depend on your selected plan and are detailed on our pricing page. If applicable, these fees are deducted from the transaction amount before it is credited to you. You are responsible for all external charges, taxes (including withholding tax), and income tax related to payments received via the Platform.

Processing Fees:

Transactions on RahaTap are processed by third-party services such as PayPal, Stripe, and Square, each with its own fees, terms, and conditions. These processing fees are deducted from the transaction amount before you receive it. RahaTap is not responsible for these external fees.

Fee Changes and Prior Notification:

We reserve the right to modify subscription or transaction fees from time to time. If changes occur, we will notify you in advance, typically at least one month prior to implementation. If you do not agree with the revised fees, you may cancel your plan before the next billing cycle.

11- Privacy and Data Handling:

At RahaTap, the privacy of you and your profile visitors is of great importance. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your personal data. Additionally, our Data Processing Addendum (DPA), available in our Trust Center and incorporated into these Terms, explains our respective responsibilities regarding visitor privacy. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the DPA if it applies to you. Our Cookie Policy describes how we use cookies.

All data and related intellectual property generated by us or the Platform through your use (or the use by your visitors or other users) of the Platform and its content (“Data”) belong to RahaTap. As part of our services, we may provide access to this data or visual representations of it, referred to as “data analytics.” While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness or precision of this information.

12- Maintaining Confidentiality

We may occasionally share information with you that is considered confidential, such as details about new features, especially if you participate in beta testing. If we disclose confidential information about RahaTap or the Platform, you must keep this information private and secure and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access.

13- Understanding Liability

We emphasize that we are not responsible for your use of the Platform and strongly recommend keeping backups of your content. We are not liable for damages arising from activities such as downloading, installing, or using the Platform, or copying, distributing, or downloading content. You are responsible for ensuring that your data, content, and devices are properly protected when using the Platform.

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to indemnify us against any losses arising from your violation of these Terms or if a third party brings claims against us due to your content. Neither party is liable for indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, profit, privacy, data, goodwill, or other financial benefits, regardless of whether the cause is contract breach, negligence, or another factor — even if previously advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you under these Terms or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to the liability arising, or $100.

14- Important Disclaimers

We must highlight several important disclaimers. Your use of RahaTap and your interactions with content on the Platform are entirely at your own risk. The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without any warranties, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of uptime, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or performance.

We do not guarantee that:

• - The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
• - Errors or defects will be corrected.
• - The Platform is free from viruses or harmful components.
• - The Platform will meet your requirements or that the results of using the Platform will be satisfactory.

These Terms are enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law and do not exclude or modify any statutory rights you may have that cannot be waived. If these Terms fall under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to either re-supplying the services or paying the cost of their re-supply.

15- Engaging with Third-Party Services

RahaTap interacts with various third-party products and services. Within our Platform, we may provide access to third-party features such as payment gateways or shopping tools. Unless explicitly stated, we do not endorse or guarantee these third-party services and cannot issue refunds for third-party transactions. Your interaction with any third-party service is governed by its own terms, which you must review and comply with. Failure to do so may result in suspension, termination, or restricted access to parts of the Platform.

If we are required to display specific third-party terms on our website, you will find them at the bottom of this page. Our Privacy Policy also lists our subprocessors.

5- Using Open-Source Software

Our application contains various open-source software components, each governed by its own license. These specific terms can be found in our Open-Source Library under the “Legal” section of the app. If the license terms for an open-source component conflict with these Terms, the open-source license governs your rights and obligations for that component.

16- Final Provisions Before Using RahaTap

Before you begin using RahaTap, please keep the following key points in mind:

• - Depending on your location, certain local laws may apply to you or us. If these laws conflict with any part of these Terms, the local laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
• - These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and linked documents, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform. We will not include additional terms unless legally required. We expressly disclaim any implied terms, except those required by law. If any part of these Terms is found invalid under the laws of a specific country, that part will be excluded only for that jurisdiction, and the rest will remain in full effect.
• - These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in these locations. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver. These Terms do not create a principal-agent relationship between you and us.
• - If you use RahaTap features to display content from platforms such as YouTube, you acknowledge that you agree to comply with the terms of use of those platforms.
